Father's cousin Weddingg..=)

Last week i receive a call from my sister saying that we are to attend my father's cousin elder's daughter wedding..=.=

haha, so Friday after class, i were to rush to my sister's place so that later at night my dad can come pick us up

and this wedding will be held in some kind of Indian hall so guess what i am suppose to wear

The wedding was on Saturday, the front door of the hall was decorated with the coloured rice, wanted to take a picture of it but there is a statue of the god there so i just leave it

the 3 of us sisters, its call a punjabi set if i am not mistaken

this is the FIRST TIME i am wearing this suit

and my mum say i look like an indian the most!! =.=

the food was awesome to me..

there is curry LAMB, ayam masak merah, briyani rice, vegetable, oh and ice-cream too

one thing i like about indian's- the FOOD ROCKS!!!

well we din't stay long at the wedding because we still have to drive back to melacca

so at 10pm, we leave the place and started the journey and arrive at melacca at 12pm..

this will be the second time i think we go to this kind of wedding, the first was when we are still very young..haha XD

training...good?! bad?! ...

This few days have been hectic

we are to go for training again

so again

have to think of the place you want to go now

and this time i don't want to stay put in M'sia

i want to go O-U-T

so Singapore is actually one of my choice

i want to consider france

but the price of the plane ticket is already enough to KILL

so in the end stick to Singapore

the standards in Singpore is not bad after all

so t his few days

running to and fro to career centre this few days

just to reconfirm everything that we want to know

well

hope this pays off

after all the hard work

after all the running

after all the sleepless night worrying

after all the effort i put in

i REALLY HOPEFULLY SERIUOSLY want this to happen

pray hard and wish me luck

because again

i need all the luck that i can have

kitchen again..=)

it's been ages since i update the blog

well nothing much happen

but its my second time in kitchen

the menu was duck this time

and i did some better research this time

and i found this recipe about presenting risotto - DEEP FRY

so i decide to try that method

it came out not bad but the chef says he doesn't approve my method

it says risotto is not suppose to be fried

weird!! haha..

oh and our sauce

failure

i din't check regularly on the caramelized sugar

it burned trice

in the end we have to use yew's sauce

Well, this is my presentation of my end product

the chef says this

- my caramelized mango is not caramelized enough, the sauce is not thick

- my duck still got a very strong smell

- my risotto, its not suppose to be deep fried

- he commented on my vegetable too i think...hmmm

anyways

the next menu is going to be lamb

the smell will be way way way stronger

hehe, so better start doing research on how to marinate the meat
