wow..time flies
haven't been updating blog this few weeks
due to lots of lots of work to do
and not to mention this is only the third week
imagine the weeks to come..
starting next week will be our entrepreneurship thing
will be selling nice food stuff
hehe
then our industrial training report ITR is due in another 2weeks time
our part 2 report, TIS
although there is still months before handing up
but there are a lot of things to do
assignments are pilling up already
due dates are catching up too
well, today was kitchen day
made roasted crust lamb and quiche
the lamb is nice..but the sauce is too little..haha
quiche too is not bad, as this is done by my commis :)

i seriously can't work within the time frame la
there will always be something wrong with one of my side dish that will slow me down
my potato gnocchi din't work out quite well
stupid potato!! haha :P
in pastry, i did black forest cake
everything was fine until my moose din't work out well, it's too watery
then my genoise, i cut wrongly..:(
but but but, the taste is superb...
both the dessert and the main course
the taste of the lamb is nice and the sauce is so red wine..:)

i din't get to take the picture of the quiche...:)
anyways, i am tired like hell already
want to do some of the homework before heading off to bed
well, kitchen will always remind me of old time
