decides to spend the weekend in Malacca for this weekend

so went back with dad who was here in kl for some business

the main point was

i drove back to Malacca...♥♥

  but then at the Ayer Keroh tol

i change with my sister as she wants to drive too ==lll

i miss driving..:(

i want a car so badly

but then you will have to think about the patrol

the maintenance 

the jam

and also the parking problem

so then better stick to the public transportation

i will just come back to Malacca if i want to do some driving..

anyways

i will have to do some homework

the dateline is near already

today we are having kitchen class..:)

and the menu of the day for the pastry is tarts..

i chose the Alsaciene Tart because i did the chocolate tart before in diploma

and thats the only CHOCOLATE that i don't really like

its a combination of melted chocolate and praline cream

it's too fulfilling for me

it makes me feel very bloated with only just a few bite

even though i am a chocolate freak

i still wont opt for that tart

kitchen was like usual..:)

fun as like always, not to mention was panic the whole way

have a bet with Henry for kitchen class

that i will come out with a plate presentation copied from some pictures

i did found one nice presentation

but i did not make it nicely

i can't seem to get the sauce right...!!! :(

and i like the taste of my couscous..

overall, i kinda like the taste of my fish and the couscous..

but the chef says that the presentation is a little too messy...so

anyways had some yamcha session after kitchen class in Alif

reach home round 12++ am!!

the time is getting later and later..haha

ok, assez pour aujourd'hui 

i need to sleep

hehe, it's already 2am+

tomorrow i need to wake at 8am for class

went to one U yesterday 

for a French movie chosen by our lecturer

saying it will be our project for the term

the storyline is ok, just a little too draggy

went one U around 12 something after lunch

then walk around to shop

just do some window shopping

after that was tired so went for a snack

Auntie Anne's Pretzel :)

i opt for the bread roll

but coated with chocolate of course

but i din't get a picture of it and the only one i can find in the web is that picture

and i ordered a lemonade :)

the bread roll was heaven...but fattening 

hahahahahaha...but i had tried once, then maybe i wont have the craving until crazy

thinking how the taste might be like :P

well then after that the movie started

and then the movie ended, haha :p

then dinner started 

then dinner ended

went to Piccadilly in PJ there

too bored and to lazy to move

just lay there on the sofa while typing this

hey!! at least i am moving my fingers to type and update my blog ok

while chatting with 3 other friends

and checking on Facebook all at the same time

well, after that went to have a drinking session with the gang

but din't drink any because want to save up some $$ cha-ching 

then after that play some games over there

laugh my ass off man with the game!! haha

main thing is I HAD FUN :)

anyways, there will be assessment on Tuesday and Wednesday

then entrepreneurship on Wednesday too, it will be the last day already

then on Thursday there will be kitchen class

going back home at 11+ again

then Friday have to see him again for the finance class

omg!!! haiz, he make me hate figures only!!

as you can see, another busy week ahead

better head to bed (not)

very tired

went out to buy the ingredients for our entrepreneurship

very tired

Thursday was kitchen class

and this commis was the last resort already

haha, found Izhaan as the commis

well luckly he listen to the chef's orders

which is me by the way, not the lecturer

and the product came out not bad

so i can say that his skill did not slack..haha :P

found out that in pastry class that we are making Bavarois

the one we never get it right, fail in other words

so Chef Zamri promised us that the way he teach will not FAIL 

if not he will belanja each of us a coke..haha

well in the end it came out like this

hehe, it didn't collapse, means SUCCESS :)

it stays wobbly all the way

but of course this dessert is to be kept chilled!! 

after that went for kitchen class

menu du jour is Poached mousseline, Duck

well the second time i din't get the right color because there was not enough time 

thanks to celes who help take care of my sauce..hehe :)

can't think of a better way to plate this thing, so come out with this design

but it looks a little dull as there is no outstanding color..

and the duck is overcook

i literally forgotten my duck is in the oven!!

say bye bye la to the duck..haha

class as usual ended at 10++

but i had fun

just a little disappointed that it din't come out the way i wanted it to be..

it's alright thought

i got another class

OMG

i am so tired

i slept for only one freaking hour just to finish that damn report

and i had entrepreneurship the whole day after that

pas bon journee...

i come to found out

that Thursday, c'est trop pas bon jornee pour moi

every time bad luck landed on me, it's thursday

today i am suppose to go back to Malacca with my sisters

the bus is at 8.30pm

so i took the 6pm ktm to go to bukit jalil

i didn't realize that is the busiest time for the ktm users..

so i ended up waiting for 45 minutes to get on to the second trip train

because it is way way WAY to pack for me to squeeze in

so i was scared i will be late

so after reaching central, i get into the wrong train 

end up going on the train to the place where i came from :(

so i quickly get off that and went to the right ones...

but in the end i am still late 10 minutes

so my sisters have to buy me another ticket at 9.30pm

reach Malacca at about 11.30pm..

haiz...why is it that every time it's thursay, there will be something wrong

this is not the first time

it was the same thing for me when i wanted to do my ptptn loan

i purposely took a day off just to get a stupid chop from the commission of oath

mana tau, he called in sick

i went to all over the place just to get that ONE chop

but was not successful, my off day went down the drain like that

the next time i went, i got the chop

i did the computer application

but it was the wrong thing

right there and then i swear 

i can hit someone in the face till the mother also can't recognize~~!!

and guess what..THURSDAY!!

haiz, so next time i think i will skip the thursday whenever i want something important to do

and if i can't avoid that day, i will have to be much much MUCH more careful

well, at least supper was superb..:) thanks ma mere♥♥

weeeee, Little Pang starts operating today...XD

today is our first day of entrepreneurship

was a bit messy for the first day

din't get to go out to sell to others as the flow of people downwards never stops :)

its a good sign but our profits is still quite low

the main thing is that we had fun

and that this is a good experience

there will still be 3 more times for us to do the selling

so hope that the profits will go UP UP UP ~~!!

after that we went to Mr.Murad's shop to have dinner

" Bouquet Garni" is the name of the shop 

the food there quite nice, and i like the cheese cake there...♥♥♥

 went home after that and that they are playing poker again tonight

i think i don't want to go over

i am so tired, and sleepy and i have headache..

so i think i better go to sleep after this post 

after i had play a while my facebook game..:P
