it's a public holiday 

but then it doesn't has any difference form the rest of the other days

haha, maybe i am working or just the day is not important

i don't know why but i never like national day

want to know why

because this is the day where many incidents happen

what incidents you say..

well, i can see that there are several posts in FB already about racist attacks

and it happens every time on National Day

seriously

and i totally loss hope in my own country far from long time ago

it has long lost my trust and safety feeling

i mean i still have quite a number of other races friends

but then will that make a difference

they always say 1 Malaysia

that we are to live as one

but then there are no one there to support this saying

it's like putting ash on their own face 

i just want to say i love my friends no matter what 

sometimes, just be simple

complicate things will mess with your brains..haha

like just now

meet some stranger who just randomly starts a conversation with me

:), but not leng zhai la, if leng zhai i think i will talk more!! hahaha...:p

next week is Hari Raya

end of the 3rd training for us

can't wait

can't wait to go home

haven't been home for the past 2 months

break record already, haha

i admit sometimes i can't stay away from my family long time

but then, i am still in afternoon shift

my sous chef will not let me change to morning because he say he needs people for night time buffet :(

so i think i will be staying another 7 more days in noon shift

i don't care

tell them my last day is Thursday!! haha :D

be more smart a bit

although i am going to miss them

this is the first time i feel that i will miss them badly

they treat me warmly

although sometimes i tend to give them headache..!! haha

today is National Day eve

okok, it's pass 12am, so it's National Day already

KLCC was pack, full of people

but then i notice i thing

it's all malay and the foreigner who are gathering there

because i heard there will be a fireworks going on at midnight

but then where are all the others

today the kitchen i feel is very quiet

the two people who joke with me often is not there

one work midnight shift while the other is having off

so i talk a little less today

not that fun la

luckily the other tomorrow will be there or it will be another boring day

then today finally, after like 3weeks in kitchen

i know where cold kitchen, banquet kitchen, butcher is

i just don't know where is chef office only

it's the end of month August

September is coming the day after tomorrow

time really flies

haiz, nothing to blog about now

better just sign off

m3 Lif3

it's yet another Sunday
and i feel very tired to go to work this few days
long distance ah to KL everyday
luckily this training is only for 8 weeks
if like the others 
20 weeks, i think i can die first
but then again if i training for 20 weeks 
i will already be in Singapore in the first place
but then i am glad i am chosen to be here
if not i won't have meet all those great people
so they say
everything happens for a reason :)


anyways
today went in a little early
so today finish my work early
and i did extra work today and finish it early too :)
and i found out 1 thing
my hands is full of cuts and burns
well small ones of course
the only big cut is from the glass cut the other day
hahahahahaha
and most of it is due to scratches from the cling film and burned by the griller
and the skin is very dry
and i have this feeling that my arms will get MORE muscle
because everyday have to carry those heavy inserts with content which make it heavier =.=
and i hate my kitchen chiller
everyday sure there are things that are not sufficient
today there is chili the next sure no more
despite the fact that i saw a big packet the previous day
same goes to the asparagus and other things
sometimes my work turn incomplete just because of this matter @.@


well next week is my third week in kitchen
got afternoon shift again
wanted to try morning shift
so better go and talk to my chef de cuisine 


this few days i have cravings for many things
want to eat cake very badly
want to have chocolate often
miss MacD ice-cream sundae
want to have moon cakes
dieing for cheesy wedges
MUM'S COOKING tops everything
can't wait to go home
today after work came down from KTM
saw this family too coming down from KTM
father mother and their 3 children
obviously just came back from Family Day
carrying balloons and bags :)
miss mum and dad :( very much!!

haiz i better hop to bed now
the internet is getting on my nerves
modem is just beside my house 
and yet the times it dc-ed is more then the hair on my head
haha, can't find any comparison already

Saturday

working

the same, there is a lot of people and was very busy 

when going to be the end of my shift

there was this guest

foreigner married a Malaysian wife

i think the wife is a remarried one because he got a son

a pure ang mo son

he complain about us and me

he say he was standing in front of the counter where we cut the roasted beef or fish for guests for more then 5 minutes and that no one bother to serve him

i don't know what happen

i just know suddenly he pull the restaurant manager and start ranting

about us ignoring him, that 3 of us behind the counter and no one attending him

and that we are not polite by not sending his pasta to his table instead

and that i over grilled his beef and chicken, that it's burned

and that he say :''if this is the kind if service i am getting i am not happy." =.=

and then he finally want to get his roast beef

so i cut it for him

he wanted it well done so i say i can grilled it to be well done since its medium rare

then he not happy again, saying the taste will run if i grilled it

another =.=

haiz, make me moody only ah this guest :(

hope tomorrow briefing i won't get chop by the chef de cuisine 

*scared*

this few days also feel so down

need my booster

maybe tomorrow go and have it :)

i have been updating my blog often this few days

it's like everyday i am updating it

this is not the point

the main point is i am sick and tired of taking KTM

the people seriously don't use their freaking brains

i mean come on

i am standing there holding the bar

and then you came and just push me aside so you can HOLD it

what kind of people is that

then what about me, no need to hold liao is it!!! 

damn stupid la this kind of people

ok, i am very tired today

the flow of people like never stops

was off today

went to Putrajaya for some interview things

reach home at about 4pm

was so tired i fell asleep on the sofa until Chung called me to get ready for dinner

in the end went to Cassian Kitchen for dinner

eaten Chicken chop and drank Cold Chocolate

don't really like the Chocolate la because it doesn't taste a bit like chocolate

after that went for a drink at some where around Giza Mall

long time haven't laugh my assoff already man

seriously miss the time when we all always go for dinner after work

well, get to go off to bed already

it's late and tomorrow continue working

today everything was upside down

the things that i am suppose to cut are not here

they din't go down to take stock

so i was late in doing everything

so today i rush in and out setting up station's

some more today they all like push all the work to me

so i had to be very fast

i am very pissed today too

because of a stupid steward

i ask him to get me 2 insert to put my things

he tell me to go main kitchen and get it myself

i ask if he could help me because it's his job to get this things

if not why on earth he is called a steward

he answer me back NO, because i am busy setting up buffet

wah!! this answer pissed me off

like i am not busy setting up too 

if he is that smart then change status la

i be the steward he become the chef!!!!

haiz, then today i nearly miss the last train back home

it was already there when u reach the platform

when does KTM is so on schedule

luckily luck is still on my side..

i slit my finger today

HURTS TO THE MAX

got cut by a broken glass that i didn't notice

when i helped carried down glass containers

blood came oozing out like a pipe

got panicky looking for the tissue as it is dripping everywhere i walk

haha

it's bright RED, the blood

wooooooo

now there is a huge ugly deep cut there

which still hurts whenever i bend my finger...:(

anyways stupid KTM  got delayed again

this time waited for over and hour

then it only came at 11.50pm

reached home at about 12.15am.............

i got no comment on this

i am so tired

doing the same old thing over and over again

and its only the second week in the kitchen

maybe they are not giving me the REAL thing to do

seriously sometimes i don't understand how can someone stand working

as they are doing it all over like a routine

wake up, go to work, come back, then sleep

then the whole thing starts over again

some even stay for a whole decade, decades even

operation is a bit ok but then office??

everyday facing the computer doing updating, filing and god knows what other things they need to do

how they stand i seriously have no idea

maybe to them its a responsible

 to keep the income coming in

is my future going to be like that too

i got a nice view of it actually

just need to be put into action

and some LUCK for it to happen and MAINTAIN it

went to work as usual today

it's a Sunday afternoon

i have been in admin training for 4 weeks

that i have forgotten the feeling of working on a Sunday

it SUCKS!! haha

well the good thing about today was i learned a new thing

finally i get to learned a new thing

i don't know can it be consider new but i don't think i have ever learn it in college

i mean the method is yeah i learned before or say see before

but i never knew the name

it's call BREADED

the first time i heard i was like what??...huh??...

make the staff there hit their head..haha

it actually meant a piece of whatever you want 

dip it in flour

dip it in eggs

den lastly dip it in bread crumbs

thats BREADED

what a glamorous name for it huh

and i hate to take care of the grill station at the buffet counter

everyday the same thing!!!!!

this week afternoon shift again

hope i can change to morning next week

why does the timing always run

between us

today was my off day (saturday pass le T.T)

slept like a pig for the day and eventually woke up at 1pm :p

after waking up immediately got myself a flu

so basically at home sneezing all the way

and falling asleep on the sofa after a few chapters of reading

but then went to sunway to have dinner with Yen Wei and Yew Yew :)

so my off day was not spend at home doing nothing

watched a movie - SALT too

i love Angelina Jolie's movie because she always act in action movie

and i love the way she fight

she is just so cool!!

she's the man!!

haiz, i miss staying downstairs,my old unit

instead of Uncle James here

i still have no door

so meaning no privacy

so much for helping to put a new door huh

can't walk around wrap only in towel

hate those neighbors who shouts all the time

who can't keep their voices low

damn all those Indonesian, no offence but you guys are just so damn LOUD

no respect for other peoples!!

and i hate the shower here!!!

think i better go back to the room

h3cTic YeT fUn KitChEn liF3 :)

i have been very tired this few days as i am in kitchen now

4 days have already pass and i am exhausted

mostly back pain, which is unexplainable, maybe due to the long hour standing

well there is minimum thing for me to do on the first day as i am not familiar with the things there but they are very helpful in everything

now basically my task is refilling the items needed for the omelet station for the morning session and after that help out here and there until my break at 4.30pm

after break i do setting up of buffet station and i am in charge of taking care of the barbecue station 

and a bit of a runner :)

at least i have something to do instead of rotting down there doing nothing right!!

talking about this, i notice that i smelled of smoke every time i finish work!!

it doesn't only hurt my eyes, i get free steam for my face too..haha

well i am grateful that the chefs there are very thoughtful

they allow me to come in at 2-10pm because i have to chase after the last train home 

and yesterday i took care of the buffet high tea for the club floor

and due to this i din't get my break

they even cooked something for me for dinner, ready with a glass of water :)

it's very touching :D

and i can't get you out of my head!!!!!

Today Is Not My Day

today went to work as usual but starting from the beginning everything seems to went off track

was very blur this morning, super blur

reach there only the first thing i get is "no manners" from my cafeteria chef

for dirtying her counter top =.=

next is i sign the invoice without checking the item received or not *piak head*

luckily the item was received the day before and that was the invoice the supplier forgotten to bring

not only that

i received the wrong thing and get scolded by the commissary chef

she told me to check the item properly next time so not to menyusahkan orang lain :(

it was not stated on the P.O, ask the supplier also he not sure 

so i just receive, in the end its the wrong stuff :(

and today i was very anxious

cant concentrate

today was not my day

everything was going on very smoothly this past few weeks

but i always end up messing up things on the very last few days

i still remember clearly

in kitchen i broke their lounge finger food in front of the guests

in front office i accidentally print out an empty bill, in the end sent the staff up and down trying to explain to the big boss that was actually a trainees mistake :(

in restaurant i get scolded by a guests for not telling him the right price of the food he ordered *double :(*

mana tau in receiving also i can get things done wrongly!!!

Its PC fair day

saw it when i went to work on Friday

so went there after work because Beatrice too is coming to meet up with us

but then i din't get anything because i am money-less at that time

haha, so went in klcc's burger king after that to meet the darling Beat

We had dinner there and we talk and laugh all the way

its been a long time since we laugh like that man

till my stomachache due to all the laughing 

some more there are a lot of things that happen throughout the whole journey home

cant seem to stop laughing, i think all the people who saw us think that we are crazy

after dinner we headed home

again in lrt i laugh the whole way

*shake heads*

Beat sent me home that day after a supper at the Suriamas burger *woohoo*

then Gamei came and borrow adapter from me

talk to her again till midnight, but by the time i reach home its quite late too

then tomorrow after that

went again to the PC fair with Gamei

she wanted to buy the adapter 

*which was later disappointed because there isn't any being sold*

in the mean time waiting for Gamei to come KLCC

i bought hair bands for me and my sisters, an also an earring

and i bought a Dorothy Perkins shirt

its on sales, i cant help because i instantly fall in ♥ with it

When Gamei reached, she grab a bite first before heading to PC fair

there i bought this little piece of thing

and i m loving every moment of it ♥♥♥♥♥

well, its nice the sound

at least now when i watch movie

the sound system is better right

today was tired man

it's the beginning of the month

where it is the day of hotel's so called ' winter stock'

the flow of the suppliers never stop

so the air today was very bad

my eyes hurts

my face is so damn oily

and I CAN'T BREATH

plus today the KTM

delayed 3 times

in a row

in one day

today finished late because there is much to do today

went home at 6++ and waited at the KL central for almost 1 hour

the train opposite us came 5 times and our side only came TWICE

so in the end reach home at about 8+

sorry to Dai Lou Chung, Charlie, Sam daddy and Patrick

waited for me for dinner

well after dinner i cant stand already

so ask dai lou to drop me at Guardian

bought a MASK for myself

after that i put 2 cotton pad inside the freezer

took it out after 15minutes

then leave it at my eyes

i just OOOOOOOOO the wholw way

but the cold effect is fast

not like cucumber which the cooling last longer on your eyes

but i feel much more nicer and my face much more cleaner

so you guys can try...haha

anyways, the hot sauna mask to is NICEEEEEE

comfortable, nearly close my eyes falling asleep

talking about that, it's past my bedtime

time to sleep

oh and i am bored with listening to the same old music everyday to work

maybe i will start reading the book i brought from home to past my waiting time 

mostly because of the KTM my time is gone there
